We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. For custom or bulk orders, we can also invoice you directly.

What is your return policy?

Because most of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin working on custom orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing your order. Email info@charmedprinthouz.com as soon as possible.

Turn inside out, wash in cold water, tumble dry on low, and avoid direct ironing on the print. With proper care, your design will stay bright and beautiful.

What is your turnaround time?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after final design approval. Local pickup in Southern Maryland is also available.
